The Old Club House, The Golf Inn, The The Main Course and The Mallard all within easy walking distance of the cottage. The larger towns of Haddington and North Berwick provide a wider range of shops, supermarkets and leisure activities.

Goose Green Gullane

Gullane Village situated on the southern shore of the Firth of Forth enjoys the award winning Gullane Beach which is an attraction of the John Muir Way, a long-distance footpath along the coast between Musselburgh and Dunglass. The village has long history with the remains of a 9th century church located at the western entrance to the village. The village offers lots of amenities including restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, butchers, bakeries, chemists and banks all in easy walking distance. East Lothian is renowned for its glorious golf courses, with Muirfield the 2013 Open Championship host course as well as Gullane Golf Club, Luffness and Archerfield located in the village, with a further range of 21 courses around East Lothian.
